I was dealing with random cheek irritation and those tiny annoying breakouts that just show up out of nowhere?? I decided to try grace & stella without really expecting much, since my skin can be picky. Surprisingly, it didn’t sting, burn, or make my face freak out more, which was a relief.

After a couple weeks, my skin just looked and felt calmer. The red bumps weren’t as angry, and my cheeks seemed less irritated overall. I still get the occasional pimple because, like, who doesn’t?? But things are definitely better than before. Shipping was normal too, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

The info was generally okay, but some of the product details felt vague. I don’t think it’s fair to customers when important details aren’t explained clearly, because people are trying to make an informed choice.

I ended up ordering from graceandstella after seeing a discount code somewhere, and the prices were decent. They also had a sale going on, so I kind of added more to my cart than I originally meant to... happens every time. But it still didn’t feel like I spent too much. Checkout was easy, and the code actually worked, which is always a relief because some sites make that a whole thing lol. Overall, I’m happy with the deal I got.

I found a few products I really liked and was actually ready to place an order, but the whole experience started to feel like a mini obstacle course. The pages were loading slowly for me, so I kept waiting around every time I clicked something. Then at checkout, it kept sending me back to fix things, but it wasn’t clear what was wrong, which got frustrating fast. I also had to dig around more than expected just to find basic info. The products themselves looked great, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but the website definitely didn’t make it easy.

I was hoping this one would be different, but nope, same issue again. The scent was way too strong for me and had this weird smell I just couldn’t get past.

I had a small issue with my order where one of the items arrived damaged. I’d actually ordered from grace & stella because my sister had been talking about their stuff for ages, so I was a little disappointed at first and figured it might take a while to fix.
I emailed them, and they got back to me the next day, which surprised me. They didn’t make it complicated at all, they just arranged a replacement and kept me in the loop the whole time.
Things like this happen, so I’m not too bothered, especially with how well they handled it. It felt like they actually cared, and I’d definitely order from them again

I tried a few grace & stella products because my skin has been dry lately. They weren’t bad, but they didn’t really wow me either. My face did feel a little more hydrated right after using them, but the feeling didn’t seem to last very long. I did like the texture though, it felt smooth and not too heavy, which is a plus. For the price, I guess I was just hoping for something a bit more impressive. Overall, it’s fine, just not something I’d rave about.

I’ve been using this eye mask and serum for a few weeks now, and I’m actually seeing some changes. That puffiness under my eyes isn’t as bad, and my skin just feels smoother overall. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. Happy with this so far
